Before you email us

To help us assist you faster, please include:

A clear description of what you were trying to do
What happened (including any error messages)
Your iPhone model and iOS version (if reporting a bug)
A screenshot or screen recording (if possible)

The more detail you provide, the quicker we can resolve the issue.

Common issues

Subscription not showing

Open the App Store
Tap your profile (top right)
Go to Subscriptions
Confirm your Howzit AI subscription is active
Reopen the app

If your subscription is still not reflecting, please email us.

Daily usage limits

Free users: 7 messages per day
Usage resets automatically every 24 hours
Pro users: Unlimited messages (subject to fair use)

Fair use ensures the service remains stable and available for all users.

Attachments (images & documents)

If you upload a scanned PDF (image-only), the app may not be able to read the text. Please export a text-based PDF or paste the key sections directly into the chat.

Notifications

To enable notifications:

Open iOS Settings
Tap Notifications
Select Howzit AI
Ensure notifications are turned on

Subscriptions & refunds

All Howzit AI subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. To manage your subscription or request a refund, please use Apple’s official support and refund process via your App Store account.
